Refund Policy
Last updated: June 10, 2026
We want CardDealer to earn its keep every month. If it isn't working for you, here's exactly how refunds work — no hoops.
Subscriptions (paid via our website)
If you're unhappy with your first subscription charge, email us within 14 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full. For renewals, we don't prorate partial months — instead, cancel anytime from Settings → Plans and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal charged you when you'd clearly stopped using the Service (no logins, no imports that period), reach out — we're reasonable.
Import top-ups (one-time bundles)
Top-up bundles (Pocket, Page, Box) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the credits are unspent. Once credits from a bundle have been used, the bundle is non-refundable — each import triggers real third-party AI and pricing-data costs on our side the moment it runs.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store
Subscriptions and top-ups bought inside our iOS app are billed by Apple, not by us — Apple does not give developers the ability to issue refunds directly. Request a refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or through your App Store purchase history. Apple's decision governs App Store purchases; if you get stuck, email us and we'll do what we can on the account side.
Billing mistakes
Duplicate charges, charges after cancellation, or amounts that don't match your plan: email us and we'll refund the difference promptly once we can see the error — these aren't subject to the 14-day window.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the charge date and amount. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
