Terms of Service

What the Service does

CardDealer helps you identify trading cards, look up their market prices, organize your inventory, and publish listings to third-party marketplaces (such as eBay) that you connect to your account. We provide tools; you are responsible for the cards you list and the accuracy of the descriptions you publish.

Your account

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 if you connect a marketplace seller account.

Marketplace connections

When you connect a marketplace (such as eBay) you authorize us to create, modify, and remove listings, fetch inventory and order information, and access related seller-account data on your behalf. You remain solely responsible for compliance with that marketplace’s rules and policies. We may relay marketplace errors to you but cannot guarantee that any particular listing will be accepted by the marketplace.

Fees and metered usage

Some features (for example, AI identification and grading) are metered. You will see your usage and remaining quota in-app, and you authorize us to bill the payment method on file for the subscription tier and any add-on usage you select. Refund terms for subscriptions, top-ups, and App Store purchases are set out in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not list cards you do not own or have the right to sell.
• Do not use the Service to violate any law or any third-party marketplace’s policies.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the Service.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or is otherwise unlawful.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated identifications, prices, and grades are estimates, not appraisals; you are responsible for verifying card data before listing. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party data, or that listings will sell.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardDealer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Mobile Apps and app store distribution

The Mobile Apps are downloaded from third-party app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play). The following terms apply to your use of those distributions:

• Apple App Store (iOS): These Terms are between you and CardDealer only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the Mobile App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Mobile App. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no warranty obligation with respect to the Mobile App. You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you. The Mobile App may only be used on Apple-branded products that run iOS, as permitted by Apple’s Media Services Terms and Conditions.
• Google Play (Android): Google has no responsibility for the Mobile App, its content, or any support of it. Your use of the Mobile App is subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
• No additional fees through app stores: The Mobile Apps are free to install. Paid subscription tiers and metered usage are billed by CardDealer directly, not through in-app purchases.
• Account deletion in-app: You can delete your account from the Mobile App at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk to us or other users.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance.
