In-app bug reports
Already signed in? Use the floating bug-report widget in the lower-right of every page to send a screenshot and console details to our team in one tap. It’s the fastest way to report something that’s acting weird.
Mobile app
Using the CardDealer iOS or Android app? You can sign in with your existing carddealer.ai account. Account creation, billing, and most editing flows live on the desktop site; the mobile app is companion-focused (scanning, picking, shipping). If you hit a problem in the app, email [email protected] with your device model and the iOS or Android version.
Account deletion
You can delete your CardDealer account at any time from Settings → Account on the website, or from Settings → Account → Delete Account in the mobile app. See our Privacy Policy for what gets removed and when.
