№ 01 — Switching from CardDealerPro?
CardDealerPro is the incumbent — funded, mature, autofeed-scanner integrated. Where we differ: flat monthly pricing (no metered AI-credit packs), three blended pricing sources, the only B2B/B2C share-link storefront in the space, and Pokémon JP/KR/CN catalog support they don’t prioritize. They beat us on autofeed-scanner hardware integration and CollX as a first-class channel.

№ 06 — FAQ
Yes — we accept any standard CSV export from CardDealerPro. Card data, prices, conditions, and SKUs round-trip cleanly; eBay-listed items re-link to your existing live listings via item ID on the first sync.
Not today. CardDealer is mobile-capture + drag-drop-folder first. We can ingest CSV exports from desktop scanners (ROCA, CardBot, PhyzBatch) for the round-trip, but native scanner-hardware integration is on a longer roadmap.
Both of us meter the AI work — CardDealerPro sells per-scan credits ($0.015-$0.029/scan), while CardDealer includes a monthly import budget (600 / 2,000 / 7,500) plus never-expiring topups if you blow through it on a weekend rip. The bigger difference is what's gated: CardDealerPro paywalls Custom Templates and Custom Fields behind its Majors plan, while every CardDealer tier ships every feature — and one import buys a full identify + price + listing-ready draft, not just a raw scan.
No. You can connect multiple eBay accounts to a single CardDealer subscription. Inventory + listings stay segmented per account; the dashboard rolls up the metrics.
CollX is CardDealerPro's baseline channel. We don't publish to CollX today (eBay + Shopify + share-storefronts + TCGPlayer CSV is our current channel mix). If CollX is your primary channel, CardDealerPro is the better fit.
